• Commandes à partir de 50 € → Livraison offerte

Switzerland

• Orders under 60 CHF → Secured Shipping – 4 CHF
  Tracked delivery, with or without signature depending on the value of the piece.
• Orders 60 CHF and above → Complimentary Shipping
  Tracked delivery, signature required for high-value pieces.

Europe – European Union (27 countries)

• Orders under €60 → Secured Shipping – €5
  Tracked delivery, with or without signature depending on the value of the piece.
• Orders €60 and above → Complimentary Shipping
  Tracked delivery, signature required for high-value pieces.

Europe – Non-EU countries

(includes United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Serbia, etc.)

• Orders under €100 → Secured Shipping – €8
  Tracked delivery, with or without signature depending on the value of the piece.
• Orders €100 and above → Complimentary Shipping
  Tracked delivery, signature required for high-value pieces.

Rest of World

• Orders under €150 → Secured International Shipping – €15
  Tracked and insured delivery, signature required.
• Orders €150–€249 → Priority International Shipping – €9
  Tracked and insured delivery, signature required.
• Orders €250 and above → Complimentary International Shipping
  Tracked and insured delivery, signature required.

Remote & High-Risk Destinations

(Afghanistan, Angola, North Korea, Cuba, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon – risk areas, Libya, Mali, Niger, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Chad, Turkmenistan, Ukraine – risk areas, Venezuela, Yemen)

• All orders → DHL Express – €200
  Full tracking, insurance, and signature upon delivery.

Customs & Taxes

 

Orders shipped within the European Union are sent from France and will not incur additional customs duties or import taxes.

Orders shipped to Switzerland and the rest of the world are sent from Switzerland. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office if in doubt.

We are based in Switzerland and France, we do not charge VAT.

Return Policy

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must include original packaging and be in perfect condition.

Used or worn items cannot be returned unless found defective upon arrival.

To request an exchange, please email namaste@sha-sha.ch with your order number and reason for return.

You will receive a store credit or a replacement item of your choice.

Please return the item within 14 days of receiving approval.
